A training Program organized on the title of ‘’Customers Handling and Change Management ’’ for academic and Administrative staff of the College from November 30/11/2022 – 02/12/2022.

AIMS OF THE TRAINING:

  • To help  you  better equip your self with techniques how to handle  services to our customers;
  • The ultimate goal is to prepare you to enhance the support experience and customer satisfaction;

  • An appreciation of the impact of organisational change on people;
  • I s to expose you to the ways you can positively lead and motivate people through cultural or organisational change;
  • To help you  develop skills for effectively communicating change.
  • To help you understand  ways you can help team members cope with changes;
